The location was convenient near the mall, airport, and university. The rooms and furniture were excellent, and the staff were courteous. The buffet breakfast was good, and the dinner was fantastic. The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for a family on holiday with a spacious living room and kitchen area. The hotel had friendly staff, tasty food, a safe location, and easy access to Uber or taxis.

I recently visited a hotel during my city break and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and came with a complementary electric kettle and satellite TV. The hotel was located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood which was a plus. Another advantage was the availability of taxis and Ubers right outside the hotel which helped with transportation.
The breakfast was not up to par and could use improvement. Also, the door card failed multiple times and the staff had difficulty fixing the issue.

My recent stay at Erata was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to the mall, airport, and University. The staff were extremely courteous and the rooms were well-furnished. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and ideal for a family on holiday. The buffet breakfast was good and the dinner was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.
